Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician (Rx Tech) to support the daily operations of the pharmacy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and is committed to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all pharmacy activities.

You will work closely with pharmacists and the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow, accurate prescription processing, and excellent patient support in a low-volume pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process, fill, and label prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.

Assist with medication inventory, ordering, and restocking shelves.

Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and patients regarding prescriptions and refills.

Verify patient information and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery service.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Arizona (required)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Experience with pharmacy software systems such as BestRX, or similar platforms preferred

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, proactive, and patient-focused mindset

What We Offer

Competitive contractor compensation $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 22 hours per week
