About the Role

• Supports service techs with expert troubleshooting from remote and/or directly at Customer site. • Supports Customer Care supervisor in taking decisions regarding warranty applicability to Customer's requests. Backs up the Customer Care Supervisor during trips as field service reference on the represented technologies. • Follow up ticketing system. • Procures programming / electrical remote assistance to customer. • Records events, and data useful to measure Customer satisfaction; reports technical feedback to the organization for corrective actions. • Administrative task linked to the department activity (quotations, purchase requests, etc.).

What You Need to Be Successful

• Mandatory: Technical Engineer / Technical education. • Desired: Experience with flex packaging machinery. • Mandatory: SW / HW skills. • Mandatory: Technical field service experience. • Desired: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and perform electrical wiring accordingly. • Mandatory: Solid knowledge of electrical systems and components. • Mandatory: Experience with PLC programming (Ladder, Structured Text – ST, or similar). • Desired: Experience with SCADA systems (Zenon or similar platforms). • Mandatory: Expertise with different programming software (Rockwell/Siemens/Omron/B&R). • Mandatory: Good level of English language. • Desired: Knowledge of additional languages. • Mandatory: Availability to travel worldwide when needed.
