To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our WA Field Sales team.
Your role will be to deliver category growth in all customers through: Selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays and promotional support of our brands; Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location and front-end execution; Drive profitability through managing mix of products displayed

Responsibilities:
Manage a territory of customers (Woolworths, Coles, Independents and other managed accounts) to execute customer plans, influence inventory, increase footprint and deliver mutual growth
Identify, scope, and secure new business opportunities to further territory reach and sales impact.
Sell in new and exciting products, bringing to life sales strategy and channel blueprint plans across your customers
Leverage store sales data and business reviews to drive sales opportunities and commercialise business objectives. Ensure results are captured through iPad, and are shared back to the business and your customers
Inform customer of all NPD and promo planning ensuring compliance to in-store standards
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including key customers and Multi Site Operators.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Sales role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Proven ability to use sales data and category insights to influence customer decisions and drive growth.
Skilled in building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored, data-driven recommendations.
Organisation and prioritisation skills, to manage workload autonomously with little supervision
Capable of achieving KPIs and effectively sharing successes with the broader sales team.
