Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platforms, sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di implementazione e ottimizzazione di SAP Concur, con focus sui processi di Travel & Expense Management e sulla digitalizzazione delle note spese e delle trasferte aziendali.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

Condurre workshop con stakeholder Business e IT per tradurre le esigenze di Travel & Expense Management in requisiti funzionali concreti.

Contribuire al disegno della soluzione to-be su SAP Concur, occupandoti di attività di configurazione e customizing.

Garantire, in collaborazione con team funzionali e tecnici, la corretta integrazione tra Concur, SAP ERP/S4HANA e le altre piattaforme aziendali coinvolte.

Curare la documentazione funzionale e seguire le fasi di test, go-live e hypercare, garantendo continuità anche nel post rilascio.

Affiancare gli utenti finali nelle fasi di adozione della soluzione.

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali, lavorando a stretto contatto con clienti e team multidisciplinari operanti in ambito Consumer & Industrial, con settori quali Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial & Manufacturing e Automotive.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

Hai maturato esperienza su progetti SAP Concur e sei a tuo agio nel gestire in autonomia le fasi di analisi, configurazione e rilascio.

Hai esperienza in attività di analisi requisiti, configurazione, testing e supporto al go-live.

Possiedi una buona conoscenza dei processi Travel & Expense.

Hai familiarità con integrazioni verso sistemi SAP ERP o SAP S/4HANA.

Sei disponibile a viaggiare sia a livello nazionale che internazionale per supportare i clienti nelle varie fasi progettuali.

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 31.000 e € 41.000 per la qualifica di Senior Consultant e tra € 38.000 e € 51.000 per la qualifica di Assistant Manager, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

By joining the Enterprise Platforms team, you will be involved in SAP Concur implementation and optimization projects, with a focus on Travel & Expense Management processes and the digitalization of expense reports and business travel management.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Gathering and analyzing business requirements through workshops and collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders.

Supporting the design of the to-be solution and performing SAP Concur configuration/customization activities.

Collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure proper integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems and other enterprise platforms.

Preparing functional documentation and supporting testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Supporting end users during project delivery and release phases.

You will work closely with Public Sector clients, contributing to innovative projects within central and local government, healthcare, education, and publicly owned organizations.

You have a solid understanding of Travel & Expense processes.
