Product Design Lead (UX/UI)

We are seeking an experienced Product Design Lead (UX/UI) to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across a multi-platform ecosystem. This role combines hands-on product design with design leadership, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and high-quality user experience while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.

Establish and evolve scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards.

Translate product requirements into polished, development-ready designs.

Lead and mentor a small team of designers while promoting design excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

Balance detailed execution with strategic, system-level thinking to improve product usability and consistency.

Qualifications

8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, including 3+ years leading design teams.

Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products.

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, design systems, and complex workflows.

Experience creating scalable interaction patterns across multiple digital touchpoints.

Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing products that integrate hardware and software.

Familiarity with operational or service-based applications.

Experience leveraging AI-assisted design workflows.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
