Customer Support Assistant

Shockerwick House Care Home, Lower Shockerwick, Bath BA1 7LL

Salary: £27,590 - £35,163

Permanent 37.5 hours per week

You'll help us make health happen by:

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house service and maintain the highest standards of administration for the Care Home, using the correct systems and ways of working.

This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and effective support to the Home Manager and wider team

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Experience in providing excellent customer service in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.

Experience of payroll administration and processing employee related information

Experience of administrative procedures and processes

Proven experience of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel and outlook)

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Strong interpersonal skills and to be able to communicate with people of all levels both internally and externally, both by telephone and in writing

Attention to detail

Flexibility and proven ability to work on own initiative

Dedicated, efficient and can manage a varied workload whilst working to tight deadlines

Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner, always remaining courteous.

Ability to manage own time, prioritising and organising work appropriately.

This role may require weekend working
