What You'll Do

Generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.

Build and maintain strong networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.

Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer entering the office.

Process premium payments efficiently and accurately.

Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty and retention.

Proactively prospect new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases.

Educate prospective clients on insurance policy options tailored to their unique needs and goals.

What We're Looking For

GA Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)

Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

High work ethic, coachable attitude, and a willingness to learn

Proven ability to build relationships from scratch and thrive independently
