Key Responsibilities
Administer and support mainframe development, testing, and deployment toolsets.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for z/OS applications.
Configure and maintain source code management repositories and release management processes.
Automate application build, testing, deployment, and rollback procedures.
Support developer productivity tools and integrated development environments.
Collaborate with development, QA, operations, infrastructure, and security teams.
Implement DevSecOps practices and automation standards.
Troubleshoot build, deployment, and release issues.
Support software version upgrades, migrations, and tool integrations.
Develop automation scripts and operational procedures.
Maintain documentation and technical standards.
Participate in change management and production deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience supporting mainframe development and deployment environments.
Strong experience with:
z/OS
ISPF
TSO
JCL
REXX
SDSF
Hands-on experience with one or more source management tools:
Broadcom Endevor
Broadcom Changeman ZMF
ISPW
Panvalet
Librarian
Experience implementing and supporting:
Release Management
Change Management
Build Automation
Deployment Automation
Experience with enterprise SDLC processes and governance controls.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Ability to work independently and collaborate across development, QA, operations, infrastructure, and security teams.
Experience supporting regulated industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or government is highly desirable.
