Warranty Project Manager
About the role
A Snapshot of Your Day
The Project Warranty Manager will lead GIS (Gas insulated Switch Gear) and AIS (Air Insulated Switch Gear) projects as part of the execution team. The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and construction teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with the business strategy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Efficiently manages multiple warranty and service projects at once to maintain Project Schedule, Customer Satisfaction & Financial Responsibilities
Lead project management activities including scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity, forecast and reoccurring reporting to management.
Profit/Loss responsibility for assigned projects
Responsible for creating and sharing project specific lessons learned and eliminating/reducing project NCC’s
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan project deliverables, resources, budget, and schedule.
Continuous learning of GIS and AIS and general switchgear products
Ability to travel as needed could meet or exceed 30%
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred
Must possess excellent communication, leadership, team building & customer-facing skills
Experience in process improvement, quality management and managing global teams
Basic knowledge of GIS/AIS, BoP, & switchgear products
Project Management certifications preferred
Professional Engineering License preferred
