We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status.

Your role in our mission

Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction

Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans

Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects

Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals

Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)

May supervise additional account management staff (i/e Program Specialist)

Actively manage projects across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed

Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or higher degree

Five (5) or more years of provider healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) experience

Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly with the ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues

Strong knowledge of MS Excel/ (pivot tables), Power Point, and Word

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR willing to obtain within 1 year of being hired

What you should expect in this role

Fully Remote (work from home) position within the United States. Candidates living in Washington state are preferred, however, all candidates MUST be comfortable working hours that align with our team in the Pacific Time Zone (US).

For all remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

Travel up to 10% may be required.

This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.

Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment.

Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting.

New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.

Company-provided computer for work use.

Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $135,600.00 - $193,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
