JD Lead Software Engineer

Mclean, VA-Onsite

I'm excited to share that we are hiring multiple Lead Software Engineers to join us! These are individual-contributor roles at the manager level - senior scope and impact, no people-management responsibilities.

These are greenfield roles - you'll build products and platforms from the ground up, influence architecture, and make a significant impact from day one. Ideal for engineers who enjoy solving hard technical problems and shaping something new.

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong backend engineering experience

✅ Strong expertise with Go (Golang)

✅ AWS & cloud-native development

✅ Passion for building scalable, resilient systems

✅ Comfortable using AI-powered dev tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to boost productivity and code quality

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
