The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Contract Information & Application Developer to support the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, the developer will gather requirements and end user feedback, maintain and improve existing applications, analyze and integrate data from various sources, design and implement new tools, and perform other duties as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate end user requirements to enhance or develop tools and applications.
Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources.
Write and maintain code to automate data access, integration, processing, and analysis.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to visualize data and provide insights.
Design, program, test, and maintain computing tools and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming, application, and integration issues.
Learn and apply Boeing compliance policies and requirements to ensure robust security and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review system performance and recommend improvements.

Onsite in SAT or remote
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in information and application development and data analysis
5+ years of experience with Python
5+ years of experience with JavaScript
1+ years of experience with AzureDevOps
1+ years of experience with RestAPI
Understanding of relational databases
Familiarity with data reporting, performance metrics, and visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study, in computer science, engineering, or related discipline with 5 or more years of relevant work experience
Experience with manufacturing and shop floor systems, processes, and environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Export Control Requirement:
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this request.
Pay Rate Range
60 - 65 USD hourly
