Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager with comprehensive experience managing talent processes within fast-paced manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing key HR functions with a strong sense of urgency, an operational mindset, and a business-oriented perspective.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on the plant floor, understand the pace and demands of manufacturing operations, and bring structure, organization, and follow-through to Human Resources processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department within a manufacturing environment.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, internal regulations, and company policies.
Oversee the following processes:
Recruitment and selection of hourly and salaried personnel
Payroll administration and employee-related incidents/transactions
Training, onboarding, and development programs
Maintain close collaboration with operational departments to provide timely support for workforce needs.
Monitor and track HR metrics to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
Prepare reports and provide data analysis to support internal management and decision-making.
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with labor and Human Resources requirements.
Drive initiatives that contribute to employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
Strong knowledge of:
Labor relations
Payroll administration
Hiring and onboarding processes
Training and organizational development
Experience with HR systems and administrative management tools.
Advanced Excel skills, including database management, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI to organize, analyze, and present HR information.
