Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth logistics and effective resource allocation.
Implement and enhance delivery processes to achieve the target time of under 20 minutes.
Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow between logistics, customer service, and fulfillment.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the operations department.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operational processes.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the e-commerce or logistics sector.
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Experience with e-commerce operations and last-mile delivery logistics.
