Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer operating in the AWS platform. This role focuses on UX modernization, improving usability, and delivering scalable, production-grade features across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end features across UI, API, and cloud layers Implement based UX enhancements using React.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIsBuild scalable solutions using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway).

Optimize performance and reliability of Postgres-backed systems.

Translate product and UX feedback into actionable features Front-End

Strong expertise in React.

Experience implementing enterprise design systems (preferably Deere Fuel UI or similar).

Ability to translate UX concepts into intuitive, structured workflows (addressing current usability gaps identified in clustering UX) Backend / API Layer.

Proficiency in Python-based services.

Experience designing and building Restful Apis.

Familiarity with API Gateway patterns and service orchestration Cloud & Infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda (serverless compute) API GatewayRDS (PostgreSQL) – including performance tuning and scaling considerations.

Understanding of event-driven and scalable architectures Data & Persistence.

Experience working with PostgreSQL / RDSAbility to design efficient schemas and optimize queries for analytical workloads.

Role Requirements:

Proven track record delivering production-grade applications end-to-end.

Strong ability to work within a scrum team. Navigate ambiguity and evolving product requirements.

Experience in AI-enabled or data-intensive applications strongly preferred.

Familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems and iterative feature refinement is a plus.
