a) Efectuar les activitats de suport administratiu en els diferents àmbits d'actuació de l'Ajuntament. b) Atendre els usuaris presencialment, telefònicament i/o a través de la gestió de les bústies de comunicació. Resoldre les consultes de manera autònoma segons les indicacions rebudes. c) Fer el seguiment dels expedients i processos, tenir cura dels terminis i informar sobre el seu desenvolupament i les incidències que puguin sorgir, i, si escau, resoldre-les, d'acord amb les indicacions rebudes, així com recollir, comprovar i tramitar la documentació que hi estigui relacionada. d) Preparar la documentació i mantenir-la organitzada i actualitzada. e) Elaborar documents administratius (comptables i pressupostaris; de personal, contractació, subvencions...).
