Role Purpose

Support the delivery of high-impact, multi-country insights across a portfolio of EMEA HQ clients by contributing to data preparation, analysis, and insight development.

This role is a critical enabler of the HQ Insights Team, allowing senior team members to focus on strategic advisory, senior stakeholder engagement, and commercial growth.

It is designed as a developmental role, offering strong exposure to:

multi-country client environments

HQ-level strategic topics

advanced data and insight methodologies

What will you be doing?

As an Insights Analyst / Junior Consultant, you will work across multiple HQ clients, supporting end-to-end insight delivery from data extraction to structured outputs. You will play a key role in building the analytical foundation and improving the efficiency of the team, while progressively developing your ability to contribute to insight creation and storytelling.

Job responsibilities

Data Preparation & Analysis Support

Extract, clean, and structure multi-country datasets from Circana platforms

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability

Perform core analyses (trends, benchmarking, performance tracking)

Produce standardized analytical outputs and charts

Objective: create robust and efficient data foundations

Insight Development Support

Identify key trends and patterns within datasets

Contribute to structuring insights and key messages

Prepare draft slides, charts, and executive summaries

Support the transformation of data into insight-ready materials

Objective: actively contribute to insight creation pipeline

Multi-Country Project Execution

Support delivery of multi-market projects across several clients

Align data and outputs across countries using defined frameworks

Ensure timely and high-quality execution of tasks

Contribute to smooth coordination and delivery processes

Objective: ensure execution excellence at scale

4. Efficiency, Automation & Tools

Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks (data extraction, reporting)

Use tools (Unify, Excel, AI tools) to increase productivity

Build and maintain templates, dashboards, and reusable assets

Contribute to improving team efficiency and scalability

Objective: support a faster, smarter insight engine

Support to Senior Client Deliverables

Prepare materials for HQ-level presentations and deliverables

Ensure outputs are accurate, clear, and well-structured

Support internal reviews, rehearsals, and quality checks

Adapt content based on feedback from senior team members

Objective : enable senior team members to maximize client impact

Learning & Capability Development

Build strong knowledge of:

Circana data & solutions

FMCG / retail dynamics

Multi-country insights

Develop skills in:

data analysis

storytelling

consulting fundamentals

Actively leverage AI tools as a thinking and productivity partner

Requirements

Experience:

1–4 years in analytics, insights, consulting, or similar roles

Strong experience with data: handling, configuration, consolidation and analysis

Skills & Expertise:

Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Knowledge of Circana Unify is a strong plus

Knowledge of GeniusScript, Json, Confluence or Jira is a plus

Ability to structure information and communicate clearly

High attention to detail and rigor

Interest in business, insights, and consulting

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

Interest in AI and automation tools strongly valued

Languages:

Fluent business English required

Additional European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, NL) preferred
