Account Manager

About The Role

Are you looking for a Management role? Do you have a proven background within the FM Sector? If so we want to hear from you!

As the Account Cleaning Manager, You will drive our success through contract management across the account, you will create and maintain meaningful relationships with the respective Clients, Key Stakeholders and on-site employees. You will promote a compliant, customer-focused, and well-trained workforce to ensure the successful day to day delivery of our services.

Key Accountabilities

You'll manage all associated services delivered at the client's site

You'll work proactively with the client and internal teams to develop and continuously improve service delivery

Ensure financial budgets and performance targets are achieved

You will liaise with the client representatives and resolve all contractual queries, promptly deal with complaints and service requests.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a similar role

Confident acting as the face of the service for clients

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred

Flexibility is required, to be able to visit cleaning teams working, morning and evening shifts
