Expected Earnings: $28–$38 per hour

(Hourly Wage + Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.

Help guests choose the perfect experience for their group.

Book reservations and manage customer communications.

Upsell premium experiences, add-ons, party packages, memberships, gift cards, and corporate events.

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every visit.

Welcome guests with enthusiasm and create an unforgettable first impression.

Facilitate Rage Rooms, Axe Throwing, and Splatter Room experiences.

Bartend and serve guests at our full-service bar (training provided if needed).

Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Professionally resolve customer concerns.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.

Work closely with management to improve sales, guest satisfaction, and daily operations.

Contribute ideas that help grow the business and improve the guest experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience

Customer service experience

Hospitality or entertainment experience

Bartending experience (preferred but not required)

Event sales or corporate sales experience is a plus

Schedule & Availability

Weekend availability is mandatory.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are our busiest days and provide the greatest opportunity to earn commission, making them the highest-income shifts for top performers.

Typical operating hours are:

Tuesday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Friday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Monday: Closed

Schedules may vary slightly for private events, holidays, and special bookings.
