Meera Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring HR Recruiters for its growing Healthcare Recruitment division. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about Talent Acquisition, Healthcare Hiring, Hospital Recruitment, Medical Staffing, Doctor Recruitment, and Nurse Recruitment. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and diagnostic centres.

Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Follow up on interview feedback, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong healthcare candidate database.

Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Maintain recruitment reports and candidate trackers.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of recruitment experience.

Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently from home.

Professional attitude with a positive learning mindset.
