Do Work That Matters – Il tuo ruolo e le tue responsabilità

Entrando a far parte del Team ServiceNow di KPMG lavorerai sull'implementazione di soluzioni ServiceNow presso clienti strutturati, traducendo processi aziendali reali in flussi digitali configurati sulla piattaforma.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

Analizzare i processi aziendali del cliente e tradurli in requisiti funzionali strutturati.

Progettare e configurare workflow su ServiceNow che automatizzano attività operative coinvolgenti più team (onboarding, richieste IT, gestione degli incidenti, approvazioni interne).

Sviluppare e personalizzare applicazioni ServiceNow sulla base delle specifiche esigenze di progetto.

Affiancare il cliente nelle fasi di test, rilascio e avvio in produzione, supportando gli utenti nell’adozione della nuova soluzione.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

Hai un background accademico (laurea o diploma) in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline STEM, oppure hai completato un percorso di specializzazione in sviluppo software o programmazione.

Hai conoscenze di base di programmazione (JavaScript è un plus).

Ti interessa lo sviluppo software e la costruzione di applicazioni.

Ti piace analizzare problemi e trasformarli in soluzioni strutturate.

Sai lavorare in team e confrontarti su problemi tecnici.

Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Do Work That Matters – Your role and responsibilities

Do you want to do work that leaves a mark? At KPMG you will have the opportunity to help clients, organisations and colleagues tackle and solve the most current and complex challenges. KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses, supporting them in transforming their business model, improving and digitalising processes, analysing and managing risks, as well as advising on extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the KPMG ServiceNow Team, you will work on the implementation of ServiceNow solutions at structured clients, translating real business processes into digital workflows configured on the platform.

Specifically, you will:

Analyse client business processes and translate them into structured functional requirements.

Design and configure ServiceNow workflows that automate operational activities across multiple teams (onboarding, IT requests, incident management, internal approvals).

Develop and customise ServiceNow applications based on the specific needs of each project.

Support the client through testing, release and go-live phases, helping users adopt the new solution.

This opportunity is a great fit for you if:

You hold a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a STEM discipline, or have completed a specialisation programme in software development or programming.

You have basic programming knowledge (JavaScript is a plus).

You have an interest in software development and application building.

You enjoy analysing problems and turning them into structured solutions.

You are a team player and enjoy discussing technical challenges with others.

You have a good command of the English language.

The opportunity includes an internship or hiring with a classification in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Industry and a starting salary of €29,000, determined based on objective criteria such as educational qualifications and assessment of the candidate's profile against the position's requirements.
