Entrando a far parte del Team Healthcare di KPMG Advisory, avrai l’opportunità di contribuire all’innovazione dei servizi sanitari in Italia. Nei prossimi anni saremo impegnati nell’estensione dell’utilizzo degli strumenti digitali e delle trasformazioni che essi possono generare nelle strutture sanitarie e nella vita di oltre 60 milioni di persone.

In particolare, supporterai gli enti del SSN nelle attività di:

definizione delle strategie e valutazione dei relativi impatti sanitari, economici, finanziari e organizzativi;

elaborazione delle strategie di trasformazione digitale e progettazione della relativa esperienza utente e paziente;

valorizzazione delle tecnologie digitali per ripensare in modo innovativo servizi, processi e modelli operativi delle amministrazioni pubbliche e delle organizzazioni sanitarie;

monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento e dell’evoluzione dei servizi, dei sistemi e delle attività operative.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Il candidato ideale possiede:

una laurea magistrale, conseguita con ottimi risultati, in discipline ingegneristiche (Ingegneria Biomedica, Ingegneria Gestionale), economiche (Economia Aziendale, Economia Sanitaria) o farmaceutiche (Chimica e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche, Biotecnologie Farmaceutiche);

attitudine all’analisi quantitativa e padronanza degli strumenti di analisi dei dati (utilizzo avanzato di Excel, gestione di database, ecc.);

ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.

Help digitalise the national health system (NHS)

Working with KPMG’s Healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the innovation of healthcare services in Italy. Over the next few years, we will be working to the use of digital tools and the changes they can bring to healthcare facilities and the lives of more than 60 million people.

With our team, you will assist NHS bodies:

outline the strategy and related healthcare, economic, financial and organisational impacts;

prepare the digital strategy and related user and patient experience;

leverage digital technologies to rethink, in an innovative way, service provided, processes and operating models of public and healthcare institutions;

We are recruiting professionals for our office in Milan who want to be part of setting the path for our country. Candidates must be empathetic and team players. They must be highly goal-oriented and have strong problem-solving abilities and they must be enthusiastic and strongly career-oriented.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

The successful candidate has:

a master’s degree in engineering subjects (biomedical/engineering management), business (business/healthcare economics) or pharmaceutical subjects (chemistry and pharmaceutical technologies/pharmaceutical biotechnologies) with excellent results.

an aptitude for quantitative approaches and a mastery of data analysis tools (advanced use of Excel, database management, etc.);

an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;

excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This opportunity is offered as either an internship or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
