What’s the role?

As a Mobile Lending Manager, you’ll help people take one of the biggest steps in their lives - buying a home. You’ll work on the move, meeting customers where it suits them, and guiding them through the home loan process with confidence and care.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll manage your own schedule, build strong referral networks, and generate new business opportunities. You’ll be the face of Westpac in your community - trusted, knowledgeable, and ready to deliver real value.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who knows home lending inside and out. You’ll need:

Proven experience in home lending, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process

A solid track record in sales or business development

Experience building and maintaining referral networks

Strong time management and multitasking skills

A self-starter attitude with a focus on customer outcomes
