Technical Account Manager

A Technical Account Manager at AJ Bell acts as the primary technical contact for business clients and internal stakeholders. The role ensures that investment platform solutions are implemented successfully, technical issues are resolved promptly, and clients receive ongoing support to maximize the value of AJ Bell's financial technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with assigned business clients and stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance on investment platform products.

Coordinate with software development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.

Monitor service performance and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Support system upgrades, integrations, and new product implementations.

Deliver product training and technical presentations to clients.

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and platform performance.

Pay: From £5,800.00 per month
