Operations Excellence Manager

Your Role:

We are seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives, Lean transformation efforts, and operational capability development. This role will drive process optimization and measurable business results aligned with organizational objectives.

Our Team:

You will be part of the TIS Division, working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and business leaders to build a world-class manufacturing organization.

What You Will Do:

Lead plant-wide operational excellence initiatives

Drive continuous improvement across the entire value chain

Develop manufacturing standards and best practices

Partner with functional leaders to implement improvement initiatives

Execute the Operational Excellence strategy and roadmap

Facilitate Lean workshops and training programs

Promote the use of KPIs and data analytics for decision-making

Lead digital transformation initiatives

Foster a Lean culture and continuous improvement mindset

Support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing within the automotive and/or electronics industry

Experience leading cross-functional projects

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools

Advanced English proficiency

What Will Put You Ahead:

Master's degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience with digital tools and analytics platforms (Power BI, etc.)
