Jr Operations Manager

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible within the Kroma warehouses' functional structure for ensuring control, organization, and efficiency in distribution within your assigned area. You will act as our company's representative to local dealerships and customers in distribution operations, aligning service offerings and business continuity with the strategic objectives of your region.

This position reports to the Regional Deputy Director.

Key Responsibilities

Experience leading teams.

Ensure on-time delivery (OTIF) for the region.

Align the operating budget with demand execution.

Ensure smooth receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations, managing them with continuous improvement systems.

Lead the development, training, and succession planning strategy for the staff under your supervision.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations through the use of EHS systems and legal compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration

3+ years of experience

Oracle, WMS, and OTM

Supply chain management knowledge

Knowledge of warehouse management, EHS standards, logistics, operational excellence tools, and lean manufacturing.

Lean Manufacturing (continuous improvement)

ISO 9001:2008 certification

B1 level English proficiency
