PPG Quality Manager, Customer and Supplier Attention

Gestionar Control de Calidad enfocado en la atención a clientes de acuerdo a las políticas, reglamentos, procedimientos, especificaciones, métodos de prueba e instructivos establecidos, considerando los requisitos de cumplimiento en el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y Política, para garantizar la atención correcta y oportuna en reclamos de clientes internos y externos con análisis, solución de problemas y seguimiento de acciones a través de: - Liderar el seguimiento de quejas, devoluciones y acciones correctivas, - Coordinar visitas técnicas a clientes. Supervisar la ejecución de análisis de causa raíz y metodologías 8D.Monitorear KPIs de calidad, scrap, devoluciones. Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en productos y procesos.

Dirigir y coordinar actividades de calidad para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua. Atender las reclamaciones de producto terminado, para dar servicio al cliente cuando se requiera, Supervisar y controlar la identificación de productos y materiales no conformes, física y documentalmente, para evitar su uso, venta equivocada o mal intencionada.

Administrar los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros, para mantener la operación del subproceso de control de calidad, Gestionar las actividades relacionadas con los sistemas de trabajo implantados en el departamento y en la empresa, para garantizar su desempeño y cumplimiento a los objetivos establecidos.
