About the Role
The Production Manager will be responsible for leading electronics hardware production, PCB assembly, testing, and overall production team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for professionals with strong production experience and the ability to lead manufacturing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production activities for electronics hardware and PCB assembly.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and vendors to ensure smooth production operations.
Ensure timely production with high quality standards and minimal rework.
Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues efficiently.
Drive process improvements, productivity enhancements, and workflow optimization.
Support automation initiatives and the implementation of improved manufacturing practices.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance within the production area.
Monitor and report production performance to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing.
Experience leading production teams as a Technician Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in PCB assembly, electronics testing and quality inspection, BOM management and component coordination
B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in IoT hardware, Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), or electronics product manufacturing.
