Your impact
At Jacobs, we are seeking a experienced Lead Engineer - Project Controls who should have 10 to 15 years planning and scheduling experience.
Lead the IAP session and develop Schedule and set-up pro services cost system in IPCS for the project, based on the approved estimate by project manager.
Interact with Project Manager and various key players involved in the project implementation to establish work scope and develop work strategies with proper sequence and durations.
Prepare and Update Project Schedules - consisting of engineering, procurement, and construction.
Prepare Deliverable schedules,
Prepare Progress ‘S’ Curves,
Prepare Cash flow report and Curve (TIC Projects).
Monitor and control to meet the ‘Project Management’ requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Critical path Analysis, etc.
Develop L1 proposal schedule, forecast resource curve and payment milestones as and when required by Sales.
Support Lead office Cost & Schedule lead in workshare projects (Pro-service cost/schedule controls activities) .
Lead and mentor junior colleague in PC team.
Hands on experience in MS Project / Primavera software are essential.
Understand project scope in terms of Green-field/ Brownfield/Revamp/De-bottlenecking plants.
Here's what you'll need
Experience Level: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Design Consultancy Planning/scheduling & Cost controls, preferably from Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG & Industrial Projects.
