You will join the Operations Excellence team within the R&D Customer Strategic Partnerships organization.

The R&D Customer Strategic Partnerships organization supports the deployment of Dassault Systèmes’ key customers by defining solutions in close collaboration with them.

The Operations Excellence organization is responsible for specifying and deploying the tools required by the R&D Customer Strategic Partnerships organization to monitor and report on its activities.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for specifying and developing dashboarding tools required for the day-to-day monitoring of the R&D Customer Strategic Partnerships organization’s activities.

Specifications will be defined in collaboration with the different user groups for each dashboard, with a strong functional focus.

A technical analysis phase will then identify reusable or adaptable standard components to integrate, as well as components requiring dedicated development.

A Data-oriented dimension may also be included during the project to ensure the quality of the data used and consolidated, as well as the relevance of the results displayed to end users.

Deployment monitoring and several iterations will help ensure the quality of the delivered solutions and the adoption of these dashboards.

This assignment will allow you to evolve in an international environment while discovering and learning about the challenges of the different industries within Dassault Systèmes, the associated activities, and the various processes, tools, and methodologies in place.

You will work closely with the Operations Excellence R&D Customer Strategic Partnerships team, R&D Industry Leaders, R&D Tools teams, and IT teams.

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree with Specialization in Computer Science.

Candidate with Data Engineer / Data Analyst certification preferred.

1 to 2 years of previous experience

Technical Skills:

Front-end development: HTML / CSS / JavaScript (ReactJS would be a plus)

Back-end knowledge: Docker / Python / Node.js

Interest in database systems : MySQL

Data Visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau

Interest in task automation / DevOps practices (GitLab)

Strong writing and documentation skills

Fluency in English, written and spoken

Soft Skills:

Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and contribute to team efforts

Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
