About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (.NET Core) with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using the latest .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services, Microservices Architecture, Entity Framework Core, and SQL, along with a strong understanding of software design principles and backend architecture.
The role requires excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Experience in the Insurance/Life Insurance domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET Core.
Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs.
Develop backend services and microservices following industry best practices.
Design and manage data access using Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
Implement clean and maintainable architecture using CQRS and Repository Design Patterns.
Write comprehensive unit tests using NUnit to ensure application quality.
Develop and maintain applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Work with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure SQL Database, and Azure Blob Storage.
Optimize database performance and troubleshoot SQL-related issues.
Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and backend application security.
Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
Follow Agile methodologies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend production issues.
Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.

What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on Backend Developer with expertise in modern .NET technologies.
Excellent experience in Azure cloud services and backend application development.
Mandatory experience in the Insurance or Life Insurance domain.
Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and secure API development.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Stable employment history, with a minimum of 2 years in at least one organization, is preferred.
Immediate to 15-day notice period is highly preferred.
Candidates should be willing to attend a Face-to-Face interview.
Willingness to work in a Hybrid work model and 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift.
