The role

Looking for an opportunity to influence large-scale digital and cloud transformation initiatives?

You will be part of our Delivery organization, working closely with Architects, Technical Consultants, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with SoftwareONE’s delivery standards.

As a Project Manager at SoftwareOne, you will lead the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. You will drive stakeholder alignment, project governance, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities:

Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through closure ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives

Ensure delivery commitments are achieved by effectively managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.

Act as the primary contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners

Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability across workstreams.

Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and financial performance.

Provide regular project governance and status reporting.

Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth

What we need to see from you

Experience managing IT, Cloud, Digital transformation, or Data & AI projects.

Proven track record delivering customer engagements in a consulting or services environment.

Strong project management expertise across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resource, and stakeholder management.

Solid understanding of project governance, financial management, and delivery practices.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
