The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As Junior Data & AI Analyst, you will support Stokke's global Data, Insights & AI team by helping transform data into actionable insights. You will work with Marketing, Ecommerce, and regional teams to analyze performance, build dashboards, and explore how AI can improve reporting and decision-making.

Based in Amsterdam | The Netherlands | Reporting to Head of Data, Insights & AI

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)

Main Responsibilities

Support reporting and analysis across digital marketing and Ecommerce.

Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI.

Identify trends and insights to support business decisions.

Help improve data quality and reporting processes.

Explore AI tools and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, and regional teams.

Experience & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

1+ year of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, gained through an internship, placement, in-house, or agency role

Hands-on experience with Power BI, or a related data and BI tool (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau)

Strong analytical skills - able to work with data, spot patterns, and translate findings into clear recommendations

Confident with Excel for data manipulation and analysis

Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI tools (e.g. vibe coding).

Familiarity with web and campaign analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

Exposure to eCommerce or digital media KPIs and attribution
