About the role

Join SA Dental as a Business Analyst and help shape the future of digital services and business improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will identify business needs, analyse processes and workflows, and develop practical solutions that support informed decision-making and successful organisational change.

This is a varied and collaborative role where you'll lead business discovery, assess risks and opportunities, prepare business cases and project documentation, and support digital and information initiatives from planning through to implementation readiness. Your work will directly contribute to improving services, governance and outcomes across SA Dental.

You are an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong relationships and delivering meaningful business improvements.

Engage stakeholders and build trusted partnerships

Analyse workflows and develop business solutions

Prepare business cases, reports and recommendations

Lead change and drive continuous improvement

Investigate issues and deliver practical outcomes
