Logistics Analyst

As a Logistics Analyst at DHL, you will utilise your analytical skills to resolve daily logistical challenges to ensure our customer warehouse operations run smoothly. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and be given the opportunity to develop professionally. Your duties will include:

Analysis and reporting of performance – develop automated reporting formats

Detailed data analysis on SKU behaviour to optimise productivity

Proactive qualitative analysis to deliver business insights

Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports

Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement

Daily interaction and regular presentations to both internal and external stakeholders

Plan and assist in ensuring efficiencies are improved and maximised for our customers

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge

Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel, Powerpoint and MS and Access

2+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Superior analytical & problem solving skills

Self-motivation and ability to work independently
