At ISS, People Make Places. We're looking for a motivated and analytical Business Operations Analyst at Brisbane Airport to support our Aviation team through data-driven insights, systems support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining Aviation data, supporting reporting and analytics, improving business processes, and assisting with system implementations across the national Aviation segment.
Key Responsibilities
Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and reporting activities.
Maintain and improve Aviation datasets, dashboards, and analytics.
Assist with process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support system implementations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change rollouts.
Manage system access, workspace administration, and governance controls.
Collaborate with operational, compliance, training, and IT stakeholders.
Deliver accurate reporting and insights to support business performance.
About You
Bachelor qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience working with complex datasets and identifying trends.
Ability to obtain or hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
