GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialise in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Controls Coordinator to join our Brisbane CBD projects team,to work on projects providing data-driven insights and controls that help project teams and stakeholders make informed decisions throughout a project lifecycle

The ideal candidate would be data-focused, and enjoy a strategic role that blends planning, financial control, and risk management to keep projects on track and deliver successful outcomes.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

Define key milestones, activities, and dependencies

Monitor progress against baseline schedules

Cost control & budgets

Track KPI's

Manage scope changes and variations

Maintain project documentation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Advanced experience using Primavera P6 ,Microsoft Project & Excel

Strong experience with data analysis , cost estimating & forecasting and reporting

High level of communication, project planning, organisation skills and high attention to detail

The ability to interpret complex data

Understanding of contracts (EPC & EPCM)
