Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong expertise in Pega to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software development and a deep understanding of Pega platform functionalities. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications to improve functionality and user experience.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Pega development and implementation.

Proficient in Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega Case Management.

Experience with Pega integration techniques and tools.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies.

Familiarity with cloud-based Pega solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Pega.
