Mid-level Strategist (all genders)

Your role

Analyse and evaluate trends, developments, and data to derive the most valuable

insights for our clients

Support the implementation and optimisation of strategies in close collaboration with

other departments

Contribute to brand and communication strategies for existing and new business

clients, with guidance from senior strategists

Help define insights based on qualitative and quantitative audience analysis

Interpret client briefs and support the definition of project scope

Write creative briefs

Contribute to pitches and new business projects

Support the development of case studies and award entries

Work closely with senior strategists as a sparring partner, and support junior

colleagues where needed

Your profile

2–4 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy with a focus on brand and

communication strategy

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

Solid analytical thinking and a structured, methodical approach

Confident ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively

Familiarity with common tools and techniques for synthesising information

Experience contributing to strategic, creative, integrated campaigns

Ability to create and deliver clear, engaging presentations

Eagerness to learn and grow, with openness to feedback and mentoring
