We are looking for a dedicated, part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our high-volume, collaborative outpatient team in Monroe. If you are passionate about evidence-based, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and patient-centered care, we want to talk to you.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Patient-Centered Medical Care: Conducting comprehensive psychiatric/medical assessments, collecting history of present illness (HPI), and building individualized recovery treatment plans.
Holistic Counseling: Guiding patients through their recovery journey, helping them understand their progress, limitations, and unique paths to healing.
Seamless Documentation: Accurately mapping patient progress and collaborating closely with our Clinical Coordinator and Treatment Center Director.
Patient Education: Empowering patients through health education and supervising safe medical self-administration protocols.
Qualifications | Education | Certifications:
Licensure: Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Louisiana.
Certification: Board-certified through the ANCC or AANP.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred.
Core Knowledge: A strong understanding of the disease of addiction, substances of abuse, and clinical signs of detoxification.
Clearances: Ability to pass a standard drug screen and criminal background check.
