Job responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the beauty outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Consultants and Therapists to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

Monitor sales performance, prepare action plans, and drive revenue growth.

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer feedback professionally.

Ensure all staff comply with company SOPs, service standards, and hygiene protocols.

Conduct regular staff training, performance coaching, and performance evaluations.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.

Monitor inventory levels, perform stock control, and minimise stock discrepancies.

Job requirements:

Proven experience in retail or outlet management, preferably in the health and wellness industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work weekends and retail hour.
