About the Role

We are looking for an TCM Physician / Junior Physician to join our growing clinic and provide professional, patient-centred care. This role is suitable for both graduating TCM students who want to grow in a strong clinical environment and junior physicians seeking a platform with mentorship, case exposure, and long-term development.

What You Will Do

Support with treatments and procedures

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to hygiene standards

Monitor patient comfort during treatment sessions

Learn from Medical Director to develop clinical reasoning

Perform herbal dispensary

Assist with operations and business development opportunities

What You Will Need

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in TCM

Registered or eligible to register with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) Singapore

Bilingual - communicate effectively in English and Mandarin

Adaptable - growing with a small clinic means being open-minded and proactive

Fresh graduates welcome, no prior work experience required - we will build you from the ground up
