
Channel Partner Engagement Manager

What will you do
You will be responsible for providing program coordination, support and expansion for major customers and their bespoke requirements whilst supporting the sales and operational teams to deliver excellent customer service achieving customer Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, as well as meeting sales targets. The primary function of this role is to ensure no revenue is ‘left on the table’ with our most important ‘gold’ customers.
You will be a key member of our Channel customer eco-system, working closely with the nominated Channel account managers / Channel account executives to ensure alignment to the wider customer strategy.
How will you do it
Your role will be to ensure programs are managed, deployed and completed within the agreed programme parameters:
Manage relationships within the retailer including, but not limited to, category management, loss prevention / asset protection, store operations
Regularly audits to ascertain success of program deployment as well as identify opportunities for program expansion
Collate record and report progress internally and externally
Work as a team member and communicate at all levels
Produce accurate and timely reports.
Review monthly targets for inspection performance
Review monthly targets to achieve response times
Interact with customer reporting interfaces
Improve customer service delivery
Interface with customer service desks
Attend customer performance meetings
Support Channel Account managers and sales management
Identify and Investigate solutions to achieve solutions to retail business challenges
Provide quick turnaround support for business as usual (BAU) customer requirements resulting in quotations being issued and orders being received and processed in a timely manner.
What we look for
Required:
Appropriate experience in a Channel / Indirect business environment
Demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in customer service excellence
Demonstrate the ability to network with relevant groups
Excellent communicator
Ability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals
Either retail experience OR product knowledge (EAS, Loss Prevention)
PC literacy (Microsoft Office products with proven skills in data handling programs, program planning applications and web portal interfaces)
Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)
Preferred:
University Degree in relevant subject desirable
