The Role

You will lead and inspire our Australia VM Field team to deliver world-class store experiences for our customer and to drive business performance across the country.

Reporting into the Country Brand Manager, you will be responsible for our Store Visual Standards, VM Execution for the Australian market.

Build and drive a culture that inspires others through purpose driven leadership

Lead and build capability within your teams that enables performance and builds a talent pipeline for future succession

Embed customer excellence through elevated store experiences, commercial decision making and operational excellence

Lead the VM Field team to execute our Brand strategy and partner with key business stakeholders to deliver Group initiatives

Collaborate across the business to maximise sales performance and business growth through effective visual directives and to influence future initiatives
