HMB Barbers is hiring in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast!

About the Role
Our Senior and Skilled Barbers are responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality barbering services and strong customer experience. The role focuses on productive chair time, friendly and efficient service, subtle encouragement of repeat visits, support for retail sales and mentoring of apprentices.
Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients, managing waitlists, and following customer journey standards
Provide high-quality barbering services (haircuts, beard trims, shaves) with efficiency and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, sanitised, and well-stocked workstation at all times
Process POS transactions accurately and promote retail products through consultative selling
Uphold high presentation standards across the store, including reception and waiting areas
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and team members
Communicate effectively with team members to manage customer flow and service needs
Follow company policies, WHS requirements, and report incidents promptly
Assist with stock control, promotions, and general store operations
Support and mentor junior team members as required
