What You’ll Be Doing
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre stores in Newstead QLD, leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you’ll work hands‑on with a close‑knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market‑leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.

What We’re Looking for
Demonstrated experience leading and managing retail teams
Proven ability to drive store performance through coaching, engagement and empowerment
Experience managing store budgets, KPIs and inventory levels
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and safety‑first approach to health and wellbeing
