Für den Standort Immenstaad suchen wir im Bereich ISR and Space Radar Engineering zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technical Project Leader (m/w/d) für Entwicklungstätigkeiten unserer Space Radar Produkte und Projekte.
Ihre Aufgaben
Organisatorische Führung des Engineering Teams in der System sowie in den Fachabteilungen
Unterstützung des Space Radar Chefingenieurs in der technischen Führung des Engineering Teams
Verantwortlich für Zeit, Kosten und Qualität der Engineering Arbeiten
(Technische) Führung der Unterauftragnehmer
Sie berichten an die Projektleitung
Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam mit Produktion, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Konfigurationsmanagement
Zusammen mit Projektleitung und Chefingenieur Schnittstelle zum Kunden
Ihr Profil
Erfahrung im technischen Management
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering
„Space“ Erfahrung wünschenswert
Radarerfahrung wünschenswert
Hohe Motivation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und effektives Arbeiten
Arbeit unter Zeitdruck für verschiedene Themen parallel schreckt Sie nicht ab
Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Physik, Luft & Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
