HR Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative HR team based in Bar Hill, Cambridge. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, payroll support and day-to-day HR operations.

About the role

You will be providing first-class support across the employee lifecycle, including:

Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, from arranging interviews to managing candidate communications and offers

Supporting hiring managers with recruitment campaigns, careers events and recruitment administration

Managing onboarding, pre-employment checks and welcoming new starters

Administering employee benefits and responding to benefits queries

Supporting payroll administration, including ADP processing and payroll-related activities

Maintaining accurate HR records, systems and reports

Working closely with the Senior HR Administrator, Remuneration & Benefits Advisor, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and the wider HR Operations team to deliver an outstanding HR service

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Operations role

Strong recruitment coordination and onboarding experience

Experience supporting employee benefits and/or payroll administration (ADP experience would be advantageous)

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and experience maintaining HR systems

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information appropriately
