Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Sales Operations Associate to support our Region Italy business. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order management, fulfilment, reorders, and returns processes, while delivering best-in-class service to our wholesale partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational execution with a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates experience in adopting and leveraging digital tools.
Success in this role requires a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and other corporate functions, as well as a positive, can-do attitude to navigate complexity and drive solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfilment
Manage end-to-end Prebook order lifecycle, from Order confirmation to delivery and invoicing
Monitor order status, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment aligned with agreed delivery windows
Partner with credit, sales, logistics and Geneva corporate functions to resolve fulfilment issues
Process and monitor reorders in collaboration with Sales Team
Handle refusals, returns, credit notes, and claims in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and wholesale agreement
Act as a key operational contact for wholesale clients and internal stakeholders
Delivery best in class customer service to our wholesale clients
Systems & Process Optimization
Actively contribute to the adoption and optimisation of new tools, systems, and processes
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements and automation
Adopt a positive attitude in every circumstances. Work in a team-oriented manner
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Experience
2–5 years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Wholesale Operations, ideally within fashion or consumer goods industry
Proven experience managing order fulfilment, reorders, and returns workflows
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus)
Experience in system migrations or digital transformation projects would be a plus
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
High proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Experience with digital tools adoption and process transformation
Ability to manage large datasets with strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence applications
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
Languages
Italian: Native or fluent
English: Fluent (spoken and written)
Starting base salary equal to €29,100 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.
Contractual level: CCNL Commercio – Level 4
Target Bonus: The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Any payout will be subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics and will be determined in accordance with the applicable bonus plan rules.
Meal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
