A Healthcare Project Manager at HCA Healthcare UK leads projects that improve clinical services, hospital operations, digital healthcare systems, and patient care initiatives. The role works closely with clinicians, hospital management, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently while meeting healthcare quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage healthcare improvement projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clinical, operational, and IT teams across hospital sites.
Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and compliance requirements.
Prepare project reports and present progress updates to senior leadership.
Support the implementation of new healthcare technologies and service improvements.
Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Pay: From £6,500.00 per month
